Solution · By software

Your store sells on its own in Shopify. And behind it, someone answering "where’s my order?" all day.

Shopify charges, invoices and manages your catalog —but the repetitive work around every sale is still manual: answering order status, flagging stockouts, recovering carts, writing the new product page. On top of Shopify’s API we build the AI that eats that part.

The problem

Shopify sells. What it doesn’t do is answer for you or write your product pages.

  • The support inbox fills with "where’s my order?" and someone copies the tracking number by hand, one by one, staring at the Shopify panel.
  • A product runs out of stock and nobody notices until a customer asks or the restock arrives late.
  • Every new product waits days for someone to write a decent page, and meanwhile it ships with two generic lines or doesn’t get published at all.
  • Abandoned carts stay abandoned because the recovery email was never set up or goes out the same for everyone.

Cost of staying the same

You pay for a platform that sells on its own and you keep paying for people answering the same thing, watching stock by eye and writing pages by the dozen. It shows up in no Shopify invoice: it shows up as support tickets piling up, sales lost to stockouts nobody saw coming, unpublished products, and carts going cold with nobody touching them.

The solution

An AI layer on top of Shopify’s API that does the repetitive part on its own

  1. 1We map with you which Shopify processes eat the hours: order support, stock alerts, product pages, cart recovery or recurring sales reports.
  2. 2We connect through Shopify’s official API (Admin API + webhooks): the AI reads what happens —a customer question, an order changing status, stock dropping below threshold— and acts without anyone watching the panel.
  3. 3We automate the triggers: "where’s my order?" gets answered on its own with the real tracking, the stockout warns before it’s felt, the new product page is generated in your tone, and the abandoned cart fires its recovery.
  4. 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: what % of questions get resolved without intervention, which cases escalate to a person, and how much repeated tickets and unseen stockouts drop.

What changes

What you stop losing

  • "Where’s my order?" stops eating a person: the AI reads the real status in Shopify and replies with the tracking, instead of someone copying the number by hand.

    Mechanism

  • Stock stops being watched by eye: the stockout warns when it crosses the threshold, not when a customer can’t buy.

    Mechanism

  • The new product stops waiting for someone to write the page: it’s generated in your tone on the data you already have, and a person only reviews.

    Mechanism

  • What we measure: % of order questions resolved without intervention, stockouts flagged in time, pages generated and approved, and carts recovered against the baseline.

Frequently asked questions

A chatbot answers with whatever fits; this acts on your actual store. The difference is that we connect through Shopify’s API: when a customer asks about their order, the AI doesn’t improvise a polite reply, it reads the real status and tracking in Shopify and answers with the fact. And it doesn’t stop at chat: it flags stockouts, generates pages, recovers carts. A chatbot is a face toward the customer; this is the repetitive part of your operation done on its own, with chat as one channel, not the whole thing.

No. We work on your store as is, connecting through Shopify’s official Admin API and its webhooks. We don’t sell you another platform or ask you to migrate the catalog: your products, orders and customers stay where they are; the AI slots into the repetitive steps and leaves the work done inside your usual flow. You keep opening the same Shopify, just without the "where’s my order?" queue or the half-written pages.

That’s why it starts with a safety net. Customer replies and pages begin in propose mode or with scoped rules: in support, the AI resolves the mechanical stuff on its own (order status, tracking) and escalates anything off-script to a person; for pages, it generates and a person approves before publishing, until you see it gets it right. Everything is measured and traced: if something goes wrong, you see it, the rule gets fixed, and it doesn’t repeat. We don’t release autonomy all at once; you give it by case type as accuracy proves out.
