Implementers

AI doesn't pitch.
It ships.

The tribe that actually ships it. Closed, no theatre, no schedule: you reserve capacity and decide when. Getting in is hard on purpose.

Almost everyone sells theatre: slides, promises, “strategy”. We deliver systems that work in production.

An Implementer isn't a consultant. It's the one who makes the thing work.

We don't count hours in meetings. We count what's still running the day we leave.

We don't publish your name. We publish your work.

And if you don't contribute, you're not an Implementer. We charge for what works; the rest isn't our problem.

No theatre here.

The bar

Getting in is hard on purpose.

Implementers is closed. Not a freelancer pool: a group you earn your way into with work, not a CV.

You've shipped AI to production, not just demos. And you can prove it.
You're genuinely senior in at least one capability —Growth, Operations or Infrastructure.
You reserve capacity for the projects and decide when to work. No schedule, no clocking in.
You document what you do. Content is part of the job.
You prove it with real work: show what you've shipped and defend it with the Practice Lead.

Levels

Four levels. You move up by shipping.

No seniority by tenure. You move up with delivered work and consistent QA.

01

Applicant

In evaluation. Shows real work and defends it with the Practice Lead.

02

Certified Implementer

Passes the paid trial with QA OK. Badge, deal flow and internal library.

03

Senior Implementer

Leads the pod's delivery. Priority and a voice in standards.

04

Capability Owner

By invitation. Builds what others reuse. Upside and standard.

How you get in

Two gates. No homework.

We filter for what can't be taught —judgment and execution. The Implementa way, we teach you.

Gate 1

Evidence filter

You show real work; the Practice Lead interrogates it: why that call, what broke, how you measured it. No homework.

Gate 2

Paid trial

You join a pod on a real project, paid and supervised. Onboarding and test are the same thing.

Final

Certification

If the work passes the PMO's QA, you're a Certified Implementer.

What you get

  • Deal flow without selling: Customer Success and the pod bring the client.
  • Real focus on work that matters, not meetings — you set the when.
  • Implementa's library of prompts, playbooks and internal systems.
  • A brand that opens doors and carries the credibility for you.
  • Working alongside people who also cleared the bar.

What we ask

  • Genuine senior level in your capability. No shortcuts.
  • Focus and reliability in your time, whenever you put it in.
  • Contribute knowledge continuously: if you don't contribute, you're not an Implementer.
  • Pass QA. The reputation dies with a single weak piece.
  • NDA and absolute client confidentiality.

The code

How we play.

Signed by brand or role, never your name. We publish your work, not your face.
Confidentiality first: no case ships without consent; anonymized by default.
Everything goes through QA before it ships. The badge isn't a license to publish unchecked.
No theatre: if it doesn't work in production, it doesn't count.

Questions about Implementers

A senior practitioner who ships AI to production inside an Implementa pod — not a consultant who recommends and disappears. We sign by role, not by name.

An agency bills hours; Implementers delivers systems that work. It's a collective of senior freelancers organized into pods by capability — not a payroll, not a pyramid.

Through two gates: first you show real work already shipped to production and defend it with a Practice Lead; if it convinces, a paid trial on a real project follows. No marketing CV, no free tests.

No. You reserve capacity (roughly half a day) and organize it yourself — no fixed schedule, no clocking in. We want focus and reliability, not presence.

No. We publish the work, not the person. Content is signed by brand or role (e.g. “a Senior AI Growth Implementer”).

Three: AI Growth (SDR, GEO/AEO, outbound), AI Operations (automation, workflows, support AI) and AI Infrastructure (architecture, governance, RAG).

Yes, fully remote and with your own tools. Coordination is human: Customer Success is the client's stable face and the Practice Lead runs the capability.

Per project or deliverable, not by the hour. A freelance commercial model, no exclusivity — we encourage you to keep other clients.

Do you actually ship?

Show what you've shipped to production. We'll teach you the rest.
