A model inspired by the major funding consultancies in the sector, with one key difference: we can execute what we finance. You do not have to hire us for that — but the option alone sets us apart.

  1. Continuous advisory (fixed monthly fee)

    Filtered intel on calls, strategic meetings, funding strategy planning, proposal preparation. Covers everything before submission.

  2. Submission + file management (success-based variable)

    When we submit a proposal and it is approved, the variable is only charged once the funding hits your account, and adjusted to the final amount received. Zero variable if you do not get paid.

  3. Implementation of what is financed (optional)

    When the funding is granted, you can hire us to build what the money pays for. We scope it as a separate project under the relevant service. It is the option nobody else offers.

  4. Communication + sustainability (included where applicable)

    For calls that require or score dissemination and impact, we execute it with an in-house team inside the funded proposal itself. Close to a no-brainer: the grant pays for it.

Anyone will write you a memo. Only we put our fee on success AND can build what the money pays for. The traditional grant consultancy sells the first half; we deliver the second — the only half that matters.

What happens when you book a conversation

Here is what happens when we start working together. The first cycle is about planning, not rushing to submit.

  1. Week 1

    Strategic kickoff

    Session with leadership and innovation lead. We understand the roadmap, in-flight projects and planned ones. We identify what fits open calls.

  2. Week 2-3

    12-24 month funding plan

    Map of relevant calls over the next 12-24 months (regional, national, European, tax incentives) prioritized by fit, amount and probability of success.

  3. Month 1+

    Continuous advisory + first submission

    Monthly review meetings. When a prioritized call opens, we kick off preparation. The first submission usually lands in month 2-4 depending on the calendar.

  4. Month 3-12

    File management through to payment

    Follow-up, appeals, justifications, all the way to actual payment. Variable is invoiced when your company gets paid, adjusted to the final amount.

Frequently asked questions

The classic consultancy charges for writing the memo. Whether the funding lands or not, whether the project gets built or not, is not their problem. We work on success (variable only when you get paid) and we can stay to build what the funding finances. Implementation is optional — but only we offer it.

Continuous intel on relevant calls for your sector, monthly strategic meetings, funding strategy planning and proposal preparation/submission (technical + financial memo). It is continuous advisory, not project-based.

Zero variable. We only charge a percentage when your company actually gets paid. The fixed monthly fee covers our continuous advisory work regardless of the outcome of each call.

6 months from signing with monthly fee. If during that period a project is submitted as a result of the collaboration, the term extends to a full year. Automatic 12-month renewal unless one month notice is given.

Yes. If you decide to hire us to build what the funding pays for, it is quoted as an implementation project under the relevant service (Infrastructure, Data, Security, etc.). It is not included in the funding variable — but it is usually paid for with the grant money itself.

Many European and national calls require or score communication, dissemination and impact/sustainability packages. We execute them with an in-house team inside the funded proposal itself, scoped to fit — and they are almost always paid for with the grant money.
