These terms govern the contracting of the self-serve services described at implementahq.com. Mid-market and enterprise services are governed by a specific contract signed between the parties.
Prices and billing
Prices are shown in euros, VAT excluded unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your customer area.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the current cycle. There are no partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. One-off payments (workshops, setup) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Limitation of liability
Implementa delivers contracted services with the standard professional diligence of the sector. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from the use of the installed systems.
