Solution · By software

You run the store on PrestaShop, on your own server. And someone spends the day adding products, squaring stock and answering supplier emails by hand.

PrestaShop is yours: open source, on your hosting, with your database and your modules. It runs your catalog, your orders and your customers —but adding products, updating stock, the order and supplier emails and the data hopping between PrestaShop, the ERP, Excel and email are still done by hand. On top of PrestaShop’s webservice API and your own install we build the AI that eats that mechanical part.

The problem

PrestaShop runs your store. What it doesn’t do is build your catalog or answer your suppliers on its own.

  • The supplier sends their price list in an Excel or a PDF and someone moves it product by product into the PrestaShop catalog: name, price, attributes, category, photo.
  • Stock gets updated by a person by hand —or with a CSV import— every time goods arrive or the supplier changes, and meanwhile the listing says there’s stock that’s already gone.
  • The “where’s my order?” and supplier emails get answered one by one, checking the PrestaShop back office and the carrier’s status.
  • The same data lives in PrestaShop, in the ERP and in an Excel, and someone spends the morning making the three say the same thing before publishing or ordering from the factory.

Cost of staying the same

You run the store on your server, no per-sale SaaS fee —but you keep paying people to act as a keyboard between the supplier’s Excel, the ERP and PrestaShop. It shows up in no invoice: it shows up as products that take days to publish, sales lost to stock the listing didn’t reflect, and orders that run late because the data went in by hand on the install.

The solution

An AI layer on top of PrestaShop’s webservice API and your own database that does the mechanical part on its own

  1. 1We map with you which parts of your PrestaShop eat the hours: adding and updating the catalog, stock, order and supplier emails, or squaring with the ERP and Excel.
  2. 2We connect through PrestaShop’s webservice API —or, if the flow needs it, through a custom module on your install— with scoped credentials: the AI reads what comes in —a supplier price list in Excel or PDF, an order email, a stock movement— and leaves it inside PrestaShop with its listing, its price and its category, without anyone typing.
  3. 3We automate the hops: the supplier price list creates or updates the listings, stock syncs between your warehouse, the ERP and PrestaShop, and the “where’s my order?” gets answered with the real status —all on your install, without going out to someone else’s SaaS.
  4. 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: what % of additions and updates come in clean without intervention, which borderline ones escalate to a person, and how much time to publish and to square stock drops versus the manual process.

What changes

What you stop losing

  • Data stops being typed twice: the supplier price list enters PrestaShop’s listings through the API with its price and category, instead of going from Excel to the back office product by product.

    Mechanism

  • Stock stops being watched by eye: the listing reflects what’s there because the AI syncs the movement between warehouse, ERP and PrestaShop, instead of finding the stockout when a customer buys what’s already gone.

    Mechanism

  • Data doesn’t go out to someone else’s SaaS: everything runs on your own install and your database, no lock-in and no per-sale fee —the AI sits on top of what’s already yours.

    Mechanism

  • What we measure: % of catalog additions and updates that enter PrestaShop without intervention, accuracy on price and category, time to publish and to square stock, and mismatches between PrestaShop, the ERP and Excel versus the previous manual process.

Frequently asked questions

An import module drops a CSV or a feed and stops there: it maps columns and overwrites listings, but it doesn’t read a free-text supplier price list, decide which category each product goes in, or answer the customer. A chat plugin replies with whatever fits, not with the real status of your order. Ours is a layer that connects through the webservice API —or a custom module on your own database— and does the judgment work end to end: reading the supplier’s Excel and leaving the listing right, syncing stock between the ERP and PrestaShop, answering the “where’s my order?” with the real tracking. We build it on top of your PrestaShop and the modules you already use, not instead of them.

No, and that’s the point. PrestaShop is yours —open source, on your hosting, with your database— and it stays that way. We work on your install as is, connecting through its official webservice API or, if the flow calls for it, with a custom module on your own server, with credentials scoped to what’s needed. We don’t sell you a Shopify or any SaaS with a per-sale fee: your products, orders and customers stay on your install; the AI slots into the repetitive steps. You keep opening the same back office as always, just with the catalog and the stock already in.

Your data stays where it already is: on your PrestaShop install and your database, on your hosting —we don’t move it to someone else’s cloud. The connection accesses only what you grant through the webservice API or the module —the minimum for the flow, not “everything”— and every action is traced. The models are used via API under contracts that exclude training on your data, and if your sector requires it, we deploy in private mode. On sensitive steps —publishing a listing, changing a price, touching stock— it starts in propose mode: the AI prepares and a person approves, until accuracy is high and you release autonomy by case type. Security is decided by the architecture and the permissions, not by “the AI”.
