Solution · By software
You run the whole company on Odoo. And the team spends the day feeding Odoo by hand.
Odoo gives you CRM, inventory, sales, purchasing, invoicing and accounting in one place —but orders get keyed from one module to the next, the delivery note gets typed off the email, stock gets squared by exporting to Excel, and the same data hops between Odoo and a spreadsheet. On top of Odoo’s API we build the AI that does that mechanical part on its own.
The problem
Odoo centralizes everything. What it doesn’t do is type itself between modules.
- The order comes in by email or PDF and someone keys it by hand into Sales, then re-keys it into Inventory for the delivery note, and again into Invoicing.
- The stock Odoo shows and the stock in the warehouse don’t match, so someone exports to Excel, compares, and adjusts by hand every week.
- Supplier invoices arrive as PDFs and get typed line by line into Purchasing, with their product, account and tax.
- The data lives spread across modules —CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting— and the report leadership asks for gets built by exporting each one and pasting them into a sheet.
Cost of staying the same
You pay for an ERP to keep the business in one place, and you put skilled people to work as a bridge, typing between its modules. It shows up in no invoice: it shows up as orders that slip because they get re-keyed three times, mismatched stock that breaks the purchasing forecast, and hours of admin moving the same data from Odoo to Excel and back instead of operating.
The solution
An AI layer on top of the Odoo External API that does the mechanical part between modules on its own
- 1We map with you which parts of your Odoo eat the hours: order entry, delivery-note generation, stock reconciliation, supplier-invoice capture, or the reporting that crosses modules.
- 2We connect through the Odoo External API (XML-RPC / JSON-RPC) on your instance —Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosted—: the AI reads what comes in —an order by email, an invoice PDF, a stock movement— and leaves it created in the right module, with its product, account and tax, without anyone typing.
- 3We automate the hops between modules: a confirmed order generates its delivery note and its invoice, a goods receipt updates inventory, and the report that crosses Sales, Purchasing and Inventory builds itself from what already lives in Odoo.
- 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: what % of documents comes in clean without intervention, which borderline cases escalate to a person, and how much typing and module-squaring time drops.
What changes
What you stop losing
Admin stops being the bridge between modules: the order, the delivery note and the supplier invoice get created on their own, and the hours go back to operating instead of re-keying.
Mechanism
Stock stops being squared by hand in Excel: reconciliation runs on the API and the inventory purchasing looks at is the real one, not the one from the last export.
Mechanism
Data stops being typed three times: it comes in once and the AI propagates it to the right module with its account and tax, so the next step doesn’t wait for someone to re-key it.
Mechanism
What we measure: % of documents that come in clean without intervention, product, account and tax accuracy, typing time per order and invoice, and stock mismatches versus the previous reconciliation.
What we measure
Spec sheet
- Work it removes
- having admin act as the bridge, typing the same data between Odoo modules
- Typical setup
- 2–4 weeks
- Input
- whatever comes into your operation: an order by email, an invoice as a PDF, a stock movement
- Output
- the document created in the right Odoo module, with its product, account and tax
- Works with
- Odoo (External API, XML-RPC / JSON-RPC — Odoo Online, Odoo.sh o self-hosted)
- Can connect to
- Tus módulos de Odoo (Ventas, Inventario, Compras, Facturación, Contabilidad, CRM)Las fuentes de tus documentos (email, PDF, portal o tienda)Tus reglas de productos, cuentas, impuestos y almacenes
- What we measure
- % of documents that come in clean without interventionproduct, account and tax accuracytyping time per order and invoicestock mismatches versus the previous reconciliation
- Good fit for
- companies already running on Odoo that want to remove the manual typing between modules
- Not a fit for
- processes outside Odoo or that need case-by-case business judgment
Frequently asked questions
Odoo’s automated actions and Studio are fixed rules: if A happens, do B. They’re great for the deterministic part —change a status, send an email, create a record with copied fields—. What they don’t do is the part that needs judgment: reading a free-text order or an invoice PDF and pulling out lines, product, account and tax; deciding which item in your catalog matches what the supplier wrote; or squaring a stock that doesn’t add up. That’s where AI comes in. We build it on top of your automations, not instead of them: Odoo triggers, the AI does the work a person used to do by hand.
No. We work on your instance as is —Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosted—, connecting through the Odoo External API (XML-RPC / JSON-RPC) with a user and its permissions. We don’t sell you another ERP or ask you to migrate anything: your orders, your stock and your accounting stay where they are; the AI slots into the repetitive steps and leaves the data inside Odoo, in the right module. You keep opening the same Odoo as always, just with the typing part already done.
That’s why it starts with a safety net. On sensitive flows —journal entries, taxes, stock adjustments— it begins in propose mode: the AI suggests the document and a person approves it, until accuracy is high and you release autonomy by document type. And everything is measured and traced: if something goes in wrong, you see it, the rule gets fixed, and it doesn’t repeat. We don’t replace your operations team’s judgment; we take the typing between modules off it.
