Solution · By software

You built the whole company in Notion. And now someone spends their day filling properties, summarizing pages and moving cards by hand.

Notion gave you databases, wikis, projects and docs in one place, flexible like nothing else —but keeping it current is human work: properties get filled by hand, nobody summarizes the pages, status gets updated when someone remembers, and pulling a decision out of it means reading half the workspace. On top of Notion’s API we build the AI that reads your workspace, keeps it current on its own, and turns it into the answer you were after.

The problem

Notion stores everything. What it doesn’t do is keep it current for you.

  • Database properties get filled by hand —category, priority, status, owner—, so half of them are empty or stale and the views you built on top of them lie.
  • Long pages, meeting notes and docs go unsummarized: the information is there, but to use it you have to read the whole thing every time someone asks.
  • A project’s status gets updated by whoever remembers, on the day they remember; the dashboard you show in the meeting is a two-week-old snapshot dressed up as real time.
  • Asking «what did we decide about X?» or «where is client Y at?» means opening Notion and hunting through pages, because the workspace holds the answer but won’t hand it to you.

Cost of staying the same

You picked Notion because it unified everything, and it worked: your operation lives there. But what you save by having one place, you pay in maintaining it by hand. It shows up in no invoice: it shows up as empty properties breaking your views, as meetings to bring a board up to date that should be current on its own, and as qualified people playing workspace admin. You pay little for the tool and a lot to keep it alive.

The solution

An AI layer on top of Notion’s API that keeps your workspace current and turns it into answers

  1. 1We map with you what gets done by hand in your Notion: which properties get filled manually, which pages should be summarized, which statuses lag, and which questions get answered by hunting through the workspace.
  2. 2We connect through Notion’s official API (with OAuth and its permissions) on your workspace: the AI reads your databases, pages and properties —what already lives there— and classifies, fills and summarizes without anyone typing.
  3. 3On top of that live workspace, the AI keeps properties current, summarizes new pages and meetings, routes each task or entry to the right owner and leaves the answer written back into Notion, where your team already works.
  4. 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: what share of entries get classified and filled on their own, how accurate it is versus what a person would do, and how much manual maintenance time disappears.

What changes

What you stop losing

  • The team stops playing workspace admin: properties get filled and classified on their own, and the views you built on them tell the truth again.

    Mechanism

  • Pages and meetings stop being a wall of text: each one arrives summarized and with its decision or next action, without anyone reading the whole thing to use it.

    Mechanism

  • The dashboard stops being an old snapshot: status updates from the workspace’s real activity, not when someone remembers to touch it before the meeting.

    Mechanism

  • What we measure: % of entries classified and filled without intervention, accuracy versus what a person would do, pages summarized on time, and hours of manual maintenance that disappear.

    What we measure

Spec sheet

Work it removes
having someone fill properties, summarize pages and update statuses by hand to keep the Notion workspace current
Typical setup
2–4 weeks
Input
what already lives in your Notion: databases, pages, meeting notes and properties, plus the new entries hitting the workspace
Output
each entry classified with its properties filled, each page summarized with its next action, and the status current, written back into Notion
Works with
Tu workspace de Notion (API oficial con OAuth)
Can connect to
What already lives in your Notion (databases, wikis, notes)Your input sources (email, forms, other apps)Your operation’s classification, summarization and routing rules
What we measure
% of entries classified and filled without interventionaccuracy versus what a person would dopages summarized on timehours of manual maintenance that disappear
Good fit for
teams already running their operation in Notion that want the workspace to keep itself current, not have someone maintain it by hand
Not a fit for
processes outside Notion or decisions that need case-by-case judgment

Frequently asked questions

Notion AI helps you inside a page: it drafts, summarizes or answers when you ask it to, by hand, page by page. That’s assistance, not automation. What we build runs on its own and across your whole workspace: when a new card comes in, it classifies it and fills its properties without anyone opening the page; when a meeting note appears, it summarizes it and routes the decision to the owner; and it keeps your databases current by itself. We don’t compete with Notion AI to write a paragraph; we take on the repetitive work of keeping the workspace alive that Notion AI doesn’t do for you.

No. We work on your workspace as is, connecting through the official API with OAuth and its permissions. We don’t sell you another tool or ask you to migrate anything: your databases, wikis and projects stay where they are; the AI reads what’s already there, classifies it, summarizes it and leaves the property, the summary and the next action inside Notion. You keep opening the same Notion as always, only now it maintains itself.

That’s why it starts with a safety net. Classification and filling begin in proposal mode on new entries: the AI suggests the category, the property and the owner, and we compare its accuracy against what a person would do before letting it act on its own in the clear-cut cases. Everything is measured and traced: if it fails on a type of entry, it shows, the rule gets fixed and it doesn’t repeat. We don’t replace your team’s judgment where judgment is needed; we take the mechanical workspace maintenance off their plate.

Want it running in your business?

You’ve pinned the problem. We ship the fix and leave it measured.
