Solution · By software

The whole company runs on Google Workspace. And the team spends the day moving data from Gmail to a Sheet to Drive by hand.

Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive and Chat give you everything in one place —but the order lands in Gmail and someone keys it into a Sheet, the report gets built by pasting data from three sheets, the attachment gets renamed and dragged into the right Drive folder, and the same data hops between mail, sheet and Drive. On top of the Google Workspace APIs we build the AI that does that mechanical part on its own.

The problem

Google Workspace keeps it all together. What it doesn’t do is type itself from Gmail to Sheets to Drive.

  • The order, invoice or customer detail lands in Gmail and someone opens it, copies it and pastes it into a Sheet or a form by hand.
  • The report leadership asks for gets built every week by opening three Sheets and a Drive folder, filtering and pasting columns by hand.
  • The documents that come in —contracts, PDFs, attachments— get renamed and dragged one by one into the right Drive folder.
  • The same data lives in Gmail, in a Sheet and in a Doc, and someone spends the morning making sure the three say the same thing.

Cost of staying the same

You pay for a suite that promises to keep everything integrated, and you put skilled people to work as a bridge, copying and pasting between Gmail, Sheets and Drive. It shows up in no invoice: it shows up as hours of admin moving the same data from one app to another, reports that arrive late because they’re built by hand, and typing errors nobody catches until they break something.

The solution

An AI layer on top of the Google Workspace APIs that does the mechanical part between apps on its own

  1. 1We map with you which parts of your Google Workspace eat the hours: the Gmail-to-Sheets capture, the reporting that crosses sheets and Drive, document filing, or the squaring between sheets.
  2. 2We connect through the Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Docs) on your domain, with a service account and scopes limited via OAuth: the AI reads what comes in —an email in Gmail, an attachment, a new row— and leaves it where it belongs —a Sheets cell, a document in Drive, a Chat message— without anyone copy-pasting.
  3. 3We automate the hops between apps: an incoming email generates its row in the sheet, an incoming document gets renamed and filed in its Drive folder, and the report that crosses Sheets and Drive builds itself from what already lives in your domain.
  4. 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: what % of cases come in clean without intervention, which borderline ones escalate to a person, and how much copy-paste-and-square time drops.

What changes

What you stop losing

  • Admin stops being the bridge between apps: the Gmail-to-Sheets capture and the Drive filing get done on their own, and the hours go back to operating instead of copy-pasting.

    Mechanism

  • The report stops being built by hand: the AI assembles it on the Google APIs across the Sheets and Drive folders you already use, and it reaches leadership on time instead of whenever someone gets a minute.

    Mechanism

  • Data stops being typed two and three times: it comes in once and the AI propagates it to the right app, so the mail, the sheet and the Doc say the same thing without anyone squaring them.

    Mechanism

  • What we measure: % of cases that come in clean without intervention, accuracy when capturing and classifying, copy-paste time per document and report, and mismatches between apps versus the previous manual process.

Input

Output

Good fit for
companies already running on Google Workspace that want to remove the manual copy-paste between their apps

Frequently asked questions

Apps Script is code you write and maintain yourself: if A happens, do B. It’s great for the deterministic part —move a file, copy a field verbatim, trigger an email—, but you have to write it and fix it by hand every time the process changes. Gemini is an assistant that drafts alongside you inside the app: it suggests the email in Gmail or summarizes the Sheet, but a person triggers it, prompt by prompt. What neither does on its own is the part that needs judgment running end to end with nobody in front: reading a free-text email or a PDF and pulling out the data, deciding which row or folder it matches, squaring what doesn’t add up across three apps. That’s where our layer comes in. We build it on top of Apps Script and Gemini, not instead of them: the suite triggers, the AI does the work a person used to do by hand.

No. We work on your domain as is, connecting through the Google Workspace APIs with a service account and scopes limited via OAuth to what’s needed. We don’t sell you another suite or ask you to migrate anything: your mail, your sheets and your Drive stay where they are; the AI slots into the repetitive steps and leaves the data inside Google Workspace, in the right app. You keep opening the same Gmail and the same Drive as always, just with the copy-paste part already done.

Your data stays in your Google Workspace domain. The service account accesses only the scopes you grant —the minimum for the flow, not “everything”— and every action is traced in your Google Admin console audit log. The models are used via API under contracts that exclude training on your data, and if your sector requires it, we deploy in private mode. On sensitive flows —sending an email to a customer, publishing a document— it starts in propose mode: the AI prepares and a person approves, until accuracy is high and you release autonomy by case type. Security is decided by the architecture and the permissions, not by “the AI”.
