Implementa's vocabulary, in the clear.
What each term we use means. No empty jargon.
- Implementer
- A senior practitioner who ships AI to production inside an Implementa pod. Not a consultant who recommends.
- AI Operator
- The role that executes inside a pod. Implementa's freelance layer are the Implementers (= AI Operators).
- Pod
- A small group of senior operators in one capability, coordinated by a Practice Lead, with Customer Success facing the client.
- Capability
- One of Implementa's three areas: AI Growth, AI Operations or AI Infrastructure. The org is built by capabilities, not functions.
- Practice Lead
- Owner of a capability: defines its strategy and standards and runs its pod.
- Customer Success
- The stable, visible face for the client throughout the project.
- AI SDR
- An AI prospecting system that generates and qualifies meetings. Part of the AI Growth capability.
- GEO / AEO
- Generative / Answer Engine Optimization: optimizing to surface and be cited in AI answers like ChatGPT or Perplexity.
- RAG
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation: retrieving your own knowledge to feed a model, with permission control and citation. AI Infrastructure capability.
- AI workforce
- AI agents that cover full operational functions autonomously. Part of the AI Operations capability.
- Capability Owner
- An Implementer who productizes the reusable systems of their capability; the bridge to Internal Systems.
- Paid trial
- A first real project, paid and supervised, that serves as both evaluation and onboarding to join Implementers.
