Managing your subscription and card
Change your payment method and check your plan from the secure billing portal.
From Account you open the billing portal, where you manage everything financial securely:
- Change your card or payment method.
- See your plan and the next charge.
- Download invoices.
- Cancel, if you need to.
The portal is a secure gateway: we don't store your card details.
If a charge fails, you'll see a clear notice in the hub (Home and Account) with a button to update your card; the service is paused until you resolve it.
