Choosing which emails you get
Turn progress alerts and updates on or off. The important ones always arrive.
In Account you can adjust which optional emails you want to get:
- Project progress — when a phase moves. (We recommend leaving it on.)
- Updates and products — non-essential communications.
Transactional emails (purchase confirmation, payment status, security) always arrive: they can't be turned off because they're part of the service.
Inside project progress also fall the email when we deliver a report and the reminder if you have a pending action.
You can also choose the language of your notifications in Account: the emails —and the report— arrive in that language. (The interface language is changed separately, with the globe in the hub.)
