Undo window

gobierno

ventana de deshacer

The period during which an agent-executed action can be reversed at no cost. Outside that window the action stops being reversible and requires prior human confirmation.

The associated working rule: an action is only automated without confirmation if somebody can explain in one sentence how it gets undone. If the sentence does not exist, the action stays a deferred write. Changing an order status falls inside; issuing the invoice for that order does not. The requirement connects to Article 14 of the EU AI Act, which for high-risk systems requires being able to disregard, override or reverse the output and to interrupt the system.
