Solution · By software

You picked Zoho CRM because it costs little and does a lot. Then the data comes in half-filled and the sales decision gets made by gut.

Zoho CRM gives you modules, workflows, Deluge functions and even Zia at a price no pricey CRM matches —but leads come in unfilled, the score comes from fields nobody completes, and which deal is at risk gets decided by the rep on Monday morning. On top of Zoho CRM’s API we build the AI that reads your CRM and turns it into the sales decision: who to call, why, and with what context.

The problem

Zoho CRM stores the whole history cheap. What it doesn’t do is squeeze it.

  • Leads and accounts come in half-filled —no industry, no size, none of the data that separates a good lead from one that just pads the list—, so the score you see means nothing, no matter how many modules you have.
  • Each opportunity’s close probability gets set by the rep by hand, optimistically, on the day they remember to update the pipeline; the forecast that goes up to leadership is that dressed-up number.
  • Nobody watches the 200 open opportunities at once: the one going cold gets spotted once it’s already lost, not while it could still be saved.
  • The rep opens Zoho in the morning and sees a flat list of tasks; who to call first and with what pitch gets decided by intuition, not by the data the CRM already has.

Cost of staying the same

You picked Zoho because it was the sensible call: powerful and cheap. But the money you save on the license, you eat in the decision, still made by gut. It shows up in no invoice: it shows up as opportunities going cold with nobody seeing it coming, a forecast built on made-up probabilities, and reps prioritizing by intuition instead of by what your Zoho already knows. You pay little for the CRM and a lot for underusing it.

The solution

An AI layer on top of Zoho CRM’s API that turns your CRM into the next best action

  1. 1We map with you which sales decisions get made by gut: which account to enrich, which lead to prioritize, which opportunity is at risk, and what the rep should do next.
  2. 2We connect through Zoho CRM’s official REST API (with OAuth 2.0) on your org: the AI reads what already lives in your modules —Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, activity, emails and notes— and enriches each lead and account with the data that was missing, without anyone typing.
  3. 3On top of that clean data, the AI scores the real conversion probability, prioritizes the day’s opportunity queue and flags the ones going cold before they’re lost —and leaves the next suggested action on each one, with its context, written back into Zoho.
  4. 4We leave it measured and with a safety net: how accurate the scoring is versus real closes, which at-risk opportunities got recovered, and how much the contact rate rises when the rep calls by priority instead of by gut.

What changes

What you stop losing

  • The rep stops prioritizing by gut: they open Zoho and see who to call first, why, and with the context already built —not a flat list of tasks with no order.

    Mechanism

  • The forecast stops being built on dressed-up probabilities: the score comes from the real activity already living in your Zoho modules, not the optimism of the rep updating the pipeline.

    Mechanism

  • The at-risk opportunity stops being spotted once it’s already lost: the AI watches all 200 open ones at once and warns while it can still be saved, on your own CRM’s signals.

    Mechanism

  • What we measure: scoring accuracy versus real closes, at-risk opportunities caught in time and recovered, contact rate by priority versus by gut, and % of leads and accounts that come in enriched without intervention.

Frequently asked questions

Zia gives you scoring, predictions and suggestions inside Zoho, and it’s fine if you have the edition that includes it and clean data. Those two are usually exactly the problem: Zia only really delivers on the higher plans, and its scoring predicts badly if leads come in half-filled. We build the layer that’s needed before and around it: we enrich the data so any scoring —Zia’s or ours— actually means something, we connect signals Zia doesn’t look at (the text of an email, a call note), and we leave the next suggested action in the flow where the rep already works. We don’t compete with Zia; we give it the clean data it needs, or we replace it if your plan doesn’t have it.

No. We work on your org as-is, connecting through the official REST API with OAuth 2.0 and its permissions. We don’t sell you another CRM or ask you to migrate anything: your leads, accounts, opportunities and modules stay where they are; the AI reads what’s already there, enriches it and leaves the score, the priority and the next action inside Zoho. You keep opening the same Zoho as always —at the same price—, only now it tells you who to call.

That’s why it starts with a safety net. Scoring and prioritization begin in proposal mode: the AI orders the queue and suggests the next action, the rep still decides, and we compare its calls against real closes before giving it more weight. Everything is measured and traced: if it prioritizes a type of account badly, you see it, the rule gets fixed and it doesn’t repeat. We don’t replace your team’s sales judgment; we take the guessing-where-to-start off their plate.
