We say out loud what we don't do so nobody arrives with the wrong expectation. It's more useful than promising everything.

We don't do endless "discovery phases"

In implementation, discovery is 2 weeks with a closed price at the end. Not 3 months of meetings we bill on the side.

We don't leave pilots half-finished

If a phase doesn't fit production, we don't move forward. Better to stop in week 4 than keep a zombie pilot alive for 6 months.

We don't sell "strategy" alone

We do diagnosis + implementation + operation. If you only want strategic consulting, there are good people doing that — it isn't us.

We don't keep the code

What we build lives in your repository, with your team trained to maintain it. No lock-in, no "you have to hire us again".

We don't bill by the hour

Closed price per phase (implementation) or monthly fee (managed and self-serve). No surprises on the invoice.
