Each service is delivered in phases. In the project detail you see them in order: the one underway, the ones already closed and the ones coming up.
You'll see labels written for you (not our internal checklist): what's being done and what it means for a phase to be open or closed. When the team closes a phase's items, the next one opens automatically and, when relevant, you get an email.
If a phase is waiting on something from you, you'll see it in your next action. If not, it's in our hands.
