Canceling a service
Cancel at end of cycle, with a confirmation step and an undo option.
You can cancel a service whenever you want. Here's how it works:
- From the service or from Account, choose cancel.
- We ask you the reason (it helps us improve) and offer pausing as an alternative.
- You confirm. The cancellation is at end of cycle: you keep the service until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you change your mind, you have an undo option before the cycle ends. When it ends, the service goes to read-only mode; nothing is deleted.
