Approving your content from the hub

You review each piece in the hub and approve it; if something doesn't fit, it doesn't go out.

When we prepare a piece, it reaches you for review in the hub. Nothing is published without your sign-off.

  1. You open the pending piece in your hub.
  2. You read it and, if it fits, you approve it.
  3. If it doesn't fit, you mark it as not suitable and it doesn't go out; we propose another.
The sooner you review, the smoother the weekly rhythm. If a piece is left unapproved, the system waits —it doesn't publish on its own.
