    What to look for: Traces each step (latency, failures) and measures reliability per segment, not just the final result.

  3. 3. A workflow step fails intermittently. How do you design so it doesn’t take down the whole process?

    What to look for: Talks retries, idempotency and durable state; isolates the failure.

  4. 4. When does a process NOT justify an orchestrated workflow and a simple automation suffices?

    What to look for: Knows orchestration has a cost; doesn’t apply it to an isolated task.
